Annual plans have a 7-day cancellation and refund period; after that, unused annual time is not refunded. Business fees are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable except where the agreement says otherwise.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Jasper documents immediate plan changes through Workspace Settings, Plans, Edit plan, select a plan, and Confirm changes. Unused value from the higher plan is kept as credit and applied to the next monthly bill. No ongoing free plan is shown on the current pricing page.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Pro can be paused for 30, 60 or 90 days through the cancellation flow. Billing resumes automatically after the selected pause. To resume sooner, click Resume Plan in the Plans tab.
What happens to my account data?
Cancellation does not delete the workspace. A workspace Admin can request permanent deletion through Jasper's Privacy Center; this permanently removes associated content and user accounts. For a Business termination, Inputs and Outputs can be requested in writing within 30 days.
