How do I cancel Headspace?

Short answer
Cancel a web-billed Headspace subscription at headspace.com/subscription/manage by selecting CANCEL MEMBERSHIP; Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in the store account. It takes about two minutes, and access continues until the current paid period ends. Headspace says subscription fees are non-refundable except where law requires, though it may review special circumstances for direct purchases.

Go to headspace.com/subscription/manage.

Select CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
Click or tap CANCEL MEMBERSHIP. If the control is missing, email [email protected] for help with cancellation.

On the iPhone, open the Settings app and tap your name.

Tap Subscriptions, then tap Headspace.

Tap Cancel Subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no cancel button or a red expiration message appears, Apple says the subscription is already cancelled.
Apple advises cancelling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
Use Google Play subscriptions for a Google Play-billed Headspace subscription.
