How do I cancel Gumroad?

Export what you need to keep
Account deletions are permanent. Gumroad recommends changing the account email if you want to keep using that address, and downloading purchases from your Gumroad Library.

Go to gumroad.com/settings/advanced.

Delete the account
Scroll to the bottom and click Delete your Gumroad account!

Buyer memberships use a different path
If you subscribed to a creator on Gumroad, use the Cancel Membership flow or Gumroad in-app live chat. That does not delete a seller account. Access lasts until the end of the current term with no prorated refund.
