Check the workspace name and paid plan at the top of the sidebar. Switch workspaces if the active one shows Free.

Click Billing. Only the billing admin can cancel the workspace subscription.

At the bottom of Billing, click Cancel subscription. Complete this at least 30 days before renewal to avoid the next charge.
