Open the Billing page
Sign in and go to fireworks.ai/billing. Confirm your credit balance and Auto Reload settings in the Credits section.

Disable Auto Reload
If credits run out and Auto Reload is disabled, usage pauses until you add credits. Use the Auto Reload controls shown on Billing and follow the prompts.

Delete unused on-demand deployments
On-demand GPUs bill by the second while replicas are active, even with no API calls. Manually delete deployments you no longer need, or configure autoscaling to scale down to 0.

You may de-activate your User Account at any time. Request to delete your account through the settings page or by emailing [email protected]. Fireworks aims to delete personal information within 30 days.
A Terms-defined Subscription is cancelled with three days' notice or via [email protected]. Prepaid credit usage has no documented notice period.

Subscriptions need three days' notice
If you have a Terms-defined automatically renewing Subscription, cancel at least three days before the next Subscription Term using the Service or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues through the end of the then-current Subscription Term.
