How do I cancel Envato Elements?

Cancel Envato Elements from My Account: in Manage subscription click Cancel subscription, then Cancel My Subscription. It takes about 2 minutes, and access lasts until the end of the current billing period. Envato does not refund unused time in that period.

Step-by-step instructions
Apple Pay is only a checkout method. Envato says the subscription does not appear under iPhone Subscriptions and must be cancelled on My Account.

Open My Account
While logged in to Envato, click your name in the bottom-left corner and select My Account.

Click Cancel subscription
In the Manage subscription section, click Cancel subscription.

Review the cancellation details
Read the details carefully. Optionally fill out the cancellation survey.

Click Cancel My Subscription
If you wish to proceed, click Cancel My Subscription. Envato says you will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
If the account is past due when you cancel, Envato says the subscription ends immediately instead of running to the next renewal date.
Only the Team Owner manages billing and cancellation.

The Team Owner cancels from My Account just like an Individual plan.

After cancellation the account reverts to a free individual Envato account. The owner keeps previous team downloads. Members lose shared team downloads and revert to free individual accounts.

Downgrade a higher tier through support
Downgrading from Plus or Ultimate is requested from the Envato Customer Success team and applies at the next renewal date.

Envato Elements does not generally offer refunds on subscription payments. Cancelling does not refund unused time in the current period. Partial refunds on annual plans are not offered. EU and UK users may withdraw within 14 days of payment if they have not purchased, downloaded, accessed or licensed content.
Is there a cheaper way to stay?
Upgrades take effect immediately at a pro-rata rate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you keep access until the next payment would have been due, then the account becomes a free Envato account that can browse the library and see previous downloads but cannot create new licences.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No pause or subscription-hold option is documented on Envato's pricing, cancel, refund or user-terms pages.
What happens to my account data?
Cancelling does not delete the Envato account. Previously licensed completed end products keep their commercial licence. You cannot use downloaded items in new projects after the paid period ends. Closing the account is a separate, permanent support request and cannot be undone.
