Step-by-step instructions
Sign in to Docusign, open Account Settings and choose Plan and Billing.
Use Cancel Subscription in Account Settings. If the option is unavailable, use Docusign Support or the sales contact for the account.
Complete the prompts and keep confirmation. Monthly plans stop before the next month; annual commitments remain subject to the full committed balance.
Annual billing paid monthly is still a full-year commitment.
Use Apple Subscriptions only when Apple billed the plan.
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name and then Subscriptions.
Select the Docusign subscription billed by Apple.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. No button or an expiration message means Apple already considers it canceled.
Use Google Play only when Google billed the plan.
Open Google Play subscriptions using the Google Account that purchased Docusign.
Select Docusign and tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the prompts. Removing the app does not cancel the subscription.
Team and sales-assisted accounts can have order-form terms or an invoice commitment, so review those terms first.
An administrator can use the admin console where available or contact Docusign Support to set the subscription not to renew.
Complete the cancellation at least five business days before the term ends unless the order form says otherwise.
An order form can override the standard notice and refund rules.
