How do I cancel Docker?

Step-by-step instructions
Sign in to Docker Home, choose the personal account or organization that owns the subscription, then go to Billing.
On the Billing Overview page, find the subscription under Active plans and use the action menu or Manage button to open the available plan actions.
Choose the available cancellation action and follow the confirmation prompts. Self-serve subscriptions can be cancelled any time before renewal and remain active through the current subscription period.
Cancelling a subscription does not deactivate the Docker account or delete personal data. Those are separate actions.
Sales-assisted, marketplace, reseller, and custom Order Form subscriptions may have different non-renewal terms.
For a sales-assisted or invoiced subscription, contact the Docker account team and follow the Order Form. Docker's standard agreement requires at least 30 days' written notice before the end of an annual term for non-renewal.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data
Four questions people ask before they cancelSelf-serve subscriptions are not eligible for refunds outside Docker's 15-day refund window. The Subscription Service Agreement states that payments are otherwise non-refundable, and unused portions of removed Team or Business seats are not refunded.
A cancelled eligible self-serve subscription ends at the end of its subscription period. Docker Personal is the free individual plan; active paid subscriptions must be downgraded to Personal before an individual account can be deactivated. Team and Business customers lose paid entitlements when their paid plan ends.
Docker subscriptions cannot be paused or delayed. Downgrading is the documented alternative.
Cancelling a plan is separate from account deactivation. Account deactivation is permanent and removes access to Docker products but does not delete personal data; a separate Docker Privacy request is required for personal-data deletion. Back up images and tags before deactivation.
