Dagger may, at its sole discretion, agree to an earlier termination date and a pro-rated refund for the applicable Subscription Term. If Dagger terminates your Account without cause before the then-current Subscription Term ends, Dagger refunds the pro-rated, unearned portion of prepaid fees.
