Step-by-step instructions
Cancel the Clerk workspace plan from Billing. Clerk Billing is a different product for your own customers' subscriptions.
Only Owner and Admin can manage workspace Billing. On Hobby and Pro, only Owner and Viewer roles exist, so the Owner must do this.
In the top menu bar, select Billing. Clerk's terms point to the Plan section of the customer's account for subscription fees.
Follow the prompts shown there to cancel continued access. Clerk does not publish the exact button labels. This is not Clerk Billing, which manages your application's subscribers.
Clerk's terms say access continues after a notice of cancellation until the current subscription term expires.
Exact cancel-button labels are not published. Follow the prompts on the Billing / Plan page.
Owner and Admin can view and manage workspace Billing. Developer can view it. Support and Viewer cannot.
Enterprise is custom and billed annually. If an Order Form applies, those commercial terms sit with the Standard Terms. Public docs do not give a separate self-serve Enterprise cancel path.
Only the Owner can delete applications. Public docs do not treat application deletion as cancelling the workspace subscription.
