How do I cancel Clearscope?

Open Settings from the Account menu
Sign in to Clearscope, select Account in the header menu, then click Settings. Anyone with access to the account settings can cancel.

Open the Billing & credits tab
On the Organization Settings screen, click the Billing & credits tab.

Click Cancel subscription
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Cancel subscription button.

Pick a reason and confirm
Select a cancellation reason from the drop-down menu and click Cancel subscription again. You will receive an email confirming your subscription was cancelled and that you will no longer be charged.
Once your access ends you can no longer log in to see reports or drafts: historical data is only visible with an active subscription. Export anything you need before the billing period ends.

Is there a cheaper way to stay?
There is no free plan to downgrade to, only a 14 day free trial for new signups. After cancelling you keep access until the billing period ends, then you can no longer access the platform. Monthly plans have no minimum contract - Clearscope's pricing page says you can cancel anytime without penalty. To move to a cheaper plan instead, use the View plan options link under Billing & credits or email [email protected].
Can I pause instead of cancel?

What happens to my account data?
After cancellation you lose access to the Clearscope platform, including any drafts you created - historical data is only visible with an active subscription. No account or data deletion policy is documented in the support center.
