Sign in as Owner or Admin

Go to Account Settings billing at https://app.checklyhq.com/settings/account/billing.

Change to the Hobby plan
Use the self-serve billing portal to change between Hobby, Starter, and Team. Select Hobby to leave a paid plan. Follow the prompts shown there.

Wait until the billing cycle ends
A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle. You keep the current plan features until the next billing date.
Accounts created through the Vercel Marketplace manage users and billing in Vercel, not only in Checkly.

After termination, Customer Content on the Service may be deleted and Checkly may deactivate the account.
