How do I cancel Axiom?

3 min Self-serve No fee To cancel
Short answer

Downgrade Axiom from Settings, then Plan, using More then Downgrade, with billing permission. It takes a couple of minutes. The public docs do not say when paid access ends after that. The public terms do not publish a general unused-time refund; SLA credits are not cash refunds.

Step-by-step instructions

1
Service Description non-renewal is written

The terms say each Service Description renews automatically unless either party gives at least 30 days' written notice of non-renewal before the then-current term ends. That rule is for Service Descriptions and Service Orders, not the self-serve More > Downgrade path.

2
Deleting the organization is separate

Settings > General, then Delete organization, after you back up data. You cannot access the data after the org is deleted. That is not the documented subscription downgrade path.

Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

Four questions people ask before they cancel
Can I get my money back?

The public terms do not publish a general unused-time refund. Termination or expiration does not relieve fees that accrued before termination. SLA service credits reduce future fees for the affected service, cannot be converted to cash, and do not entitle you to a refund. Unused credits expire when the Service Order or Agreement ends. Reseller deals follow the reseller's commercial terms.

See policy
Is there a cheaper way to stay?

Settings > Plan, then More > Downgrade, with billing permission. Personal remains $0 per month with the Personal allowances. The public docs do not say when Axiom Cloud paid access ends after that downgrade.

Free tier exists
Can I pause instead of cancel?

No subscription pause option is documented. A monthly spending limit under Settings > Billing can cap costs. You can still buy add-ons and credits manually after the limit. That is not a pause of the subscription.

Not available
What happens to my account data?

Customer Data may be irretrievably deleted after 15 days following termination or expiration of the Agreement. Profile information and credentials are retained while you have an account. Deleting the organization from Settings > General is irreversible for that org's data; back up first.
