Refunds, downgrades, pausing and your data

Four questions people ask before they cancel
Can I get my money back?

Aura's 60-day money-back guarantee is only for annual plans purchased through Aura websites (excludes Amazon) or Customer Support. Monthly subscriptions do not qualify. App-store and other third-party billing is excluded. You may cancel online and request a refund within 60 days of being charged. Subsequent annual renewal payments do not qualify for a full refund. A free-trial signup date starts the 60 days.

Refund possible
Is there a cheaper way to stay?

Aura documents plan switching only if it allows a switch, with email confirmation. Cancellation stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. No free plan after cancel is documented.

Can I pause instead of cancel?

No pause option is documented in Aura service terms, refund policy, or identity-theft-protection pages.

Not available
What happens to my account data?

Canceling the membership does not by itself delete personal data. Aura's privacy policy says it generally retains personal data as needed to provide the services, as specified in product notices, or for as long as you have an account, and may retain data for legal claims. A separate deletion request is available through Aura's privacy request process.
