How do I cancel Aqua Voice?

Cancel Aqua Voice at app.aquavoice.com/manage: open Billing & Subscription, click Cancel, then use Cancel in Stripe and finish the confirmation. It takes about two minutes, and access continues through the end of the billing period before the account moves to the free plan. Paid fees are non-refundable.

Step-by-step instructions

Open Billing & Subscription
Sign in at app.aquavoice.com/manage and open Billing & Subscription.

Click Cancel
In the Subscription section, click Cancel.

Continue to Stripe
In the Cancel Subscription dialog, choose a reason and click Cancel in Stripe, then complete the cancellation in Stripe. Aqua keeps access active through the end of the billing period.
A subscription purchased through Apple is managed in Apple Subscriptions.

On iPhone, open Settings, tap Apple Account, then tap Subscriptions.

Cancel Aqua Voice
Select Aqua Voice, tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Deleting the iPhone app does not cancel the subscription.
Only the Team owner can change or cancel the Team subscription.

Paid access continues through the end of the billing period. After the subscription ends, Aqua shows the account on its free plan and offers Get Pro Again. The cancellation can be reactivated before it expires.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
No subscription pause option is documented in Aqua's current FAQ or terms.
What happens to my account data?
Aqua says recent history is stored on the device and recent audio is automatically deleted after three days. Its privacy policy says transcript handling depends on Privacy Mode and allows deletion requests through [email protected].
