# How to cancel Zoho Vault

An active super administrator cancels Zoho Vault under Settings, Admin Configurations, Subscription and Change Plan by downgrading to Free. ## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Subscription** As the active super administrator, open Settings, Admin Configurations, then Subscription.
