# How to cancel Weights & Biases

Cancel Weights & Biases by emailing support@wandb.com with your organization name, account email and username. Sending the request takes a few minutes; online orders need that request at least five days before the term ends. Fees are non-refundable except after a W&B material breach or a W&B early termination.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Collect the account identifiers** Note the organization name, the email on the account, and your username.
2. **Email W&B support** Send a cancel request to support@wandb.com. The official cancel article says support handles subscription cancellation.
3. **Send the request at least five days before renewal for online orders** Online Order Forms auto-renew. Submit the support request at least five days before the current term expires, unless otherwise indicated.

## Cancel a team plan

> Enterprise invoices are annual. Credit-card orgs see monthly invoices on the Billing page.

1. **Use a billing admin or organization admin** Cancel subscriptions is a Billing permission. Billing admins can manage subscriptions even if their organization role is Member.
2. **Downgrade through support** Email support@wandb.com with the current plan and the plan you want.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** The Master Service Agreement says fees are non-refundable except a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees if you terminate for W&B's material breach, or if W&B terminates for convenience. Removed seats do not receive credits.
- **Pausing:** No pause or hold option is documented in the cancel article, billing settings or pricing FAQ.
- **Downgrading:** Email support@wandb.com with your current plan details and the plan you want. After a paid cancel, the Free cloud plan remains available.
- **Account data:** Delete a user account with Delete Account in user settings. That cannot be reversed. A billing admin of a multi-member organization must transfer that role first. If you are the only member, deleting the user also deletes the organization. To delete an organization, email support@wandb.com. After termination, W&B deletes Customer Data per its policies; a deletion request to support@wandb.com is started within 30 days. Export data first.
