# How to cancel Webflow

Cancel a Webflow Site plan from Site settings: open Plans, choose the Website tab, select Downgrade to Starter, then Continue to downgrade. It takes about 3 minutes and the site moves to Starter at the end of the billing period. Webflow generally does not refund plans; EU, EEA, UK and Turkey consumers can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.

1. **Open Site settings** Open the paid site in Webflow and go to Site settings.
2. **Open Plans** Choose Plans, then the Website tab. Remove incompatible add-ons first if Webflow requires it.
3. **Choose Downgrade to Starter** Select Downgrade to Starter, then Continue to downgrade.
4. **Confirm the downgrade** Optionally provide a reason and click Downgrade to Starter. Choose Downgrade now only if you need the plan to end immediately.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Webflow generally does not refund plans, add-ons or seats. Individual consumers in the EU, EEA, UK or Turkey can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
