# How to cancel VEED

Cancel VEED by opening the correct workspace, selecting Workspace Billing and clicking Turn off auto-renewal. Complete the required questionnaire and check for the confirmation email. It takes about 3 minutes. Cancel at least two business days before renewal; premium access continues through the current billing cycle.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open the correct workspace** Sign in and choose the workspace with the paid subscription. Each workspace has its own billing.
2. **Open Workspace Billing** Click the workspace name in the top-left corner and select Workspace Billing.
3. **Turn off auto-renewal** Click Turn off auto-renewal, follow the prompts and complete the required cancellation questionnaire.
4. **Check the email** Confirm that VEED sent a cancellation email. If it does not arrive, contact support to verify the cancellation.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Use the workspace owner** Only the workspace owner can access billing and cancel the subscription. Enterprise customers should contact their Customer Success Manager.
2. **Review collaborators** Remove collaborators and disable domain-wide joining to prevent additional seat charges before the final renewal date.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Canceling VEED does not create a refund; it stops future renewal charges. Account deletion also does not issue a refund. Enterprise terms may be governed by a separate agreement.
- **Pausing:** No subscription pause option is documented in VEED's current account and subscription collection.
- **Downgrading:** Paid features and remaining included AI credits stay available through the current billing cycle. After the subscription fully ends, the paid AI allowance is removed and does not roll over.
- **Account data:** Cancellation leaves the account and projects in place. Account deletion is separate, permanent and available after the subscription is no longer active; it removes all workspaces, projects and data, and embedded videos stop working.
