# How to cancel v0

Cancel v0 on the web at v0.app: click your avatar, open Account Settings, go to Billing and click Cancel Plan in the Current Plan section. ## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Select the right scope** Sign in at v0.app and pick the scope whose subscription you want to cancel, using the dropdown at the top left of the page.
2. **Open Account Settings** Click your avatar in the top right corner, then click Account Settings.
3. **Go to Billing** Click Billing in the sidebar. This section also shows your plan, credit balances, payment methods and invoices.
4. **Cancel the plan** In the Current Plan section, click Cancel Plan. The account moves to the free plan at the end of the current billing period.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Switch to the team scope** Team subscriptions use the same flow - first select the team scope in the dropdown at the top left.
2. **Cancel from the team's billing settings** Click your avatar → Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan in the Current Plan section.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Vercel's Terms of Service make all fees non-refundable except where the agreement expressly says otherwise; the one stated exception is a pro-rated refund of unearned prepaid amounts if Vercel terminates a self-service account without cause. v0 publishes no separate refund policy.
- **Pausing:** No pause option is documented - cancelling moves the account to the free plan at the end of the billing period.
