## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Overview** Sign in to the TunnelBear account and open the Overview tab.
2. **Choose Cancel** Select Cancel, choose a downgrade reason and select Cancel Subscription.
3. **Wait for confirmation** Allow the downgrade to complete and confirm that the cancellation email arrives.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad
