## Cancel in a web browser

> Together is fully prepaid. Turning off Auto-recharge stops automatic top-ups. You must still keep at least one valid card on file.

1. **Open organization billing settings** Sign in at api.together.ai and go to Settings, then Billing at api.together.ai/settings/organization/~current/billing.
2. **Turn off Auto-recharge** In the Auto-recharge panel, select Set thresholds or Edit limits and disable automatic credit purchases. Follow the prompts shown there to turn it off.
3. **Stop GPU and storage charges** On-demand clusters run until you terminate them. There is no pause function. Reserved clusters cannot be paused and are charged for the full reservation. Delete unused storage volumes or they keep billing.
4. **Optionally delete the account** Go to api.together.ai/settings/profile, scroll to Privacy and Security, select the delete your account link, and follow the prompts. This cannot be undone. The Organization owner cannot delete their own account.

## Cancel a team plan

> The Organization owner cannot delete their own account. Scale and Enterprise contracts stay on their order terms.

1. **Only Admins can change billing** Billing is consolidated at the Organization. Admins can write billing settings. Developers can read billing but not change it.
2. **The Organization owner cannot self-delete** The creator (Owner) cannot be removed, cannot have their Admin role changed, and cannot delete their own account. Contact Together support.
3. **Contracts need written consent to end the Agreement** The Terms say you may not cancel or terminate this Agreement without Together's express written consent. Scale and Enterprise customers stay on their contract terms. Email support@together.ai for billing help.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Fees paid are non-refundable. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-pro-ratable for partial months. GPU cluster reservations are non-refundable; the full reservation is charged upfront and cannot be cancelled or partially refunded.
- **Pausing:** No account-level pause is documented. Reserved clusters cannot be paused. On-demand clusters can be terminated and recreated later, but there is no pause function. Auto-recharge can be edited or turned off in billing settings.
- **Downgrading:** There is no lower fixed paid tier. After Auto-recharge is off and the credit balance hits zero, API access is suspended until you add credits. Deleting the account removes personal data and mailing-list subscriptions and cannot be undone.
- **Account data:** Together does not store inputs or outputs by default unless you opt in. Account deletion removes all personal data and unsubscribes you from mailing lists and cannot be undone. After deletion you cannot create a new account with the same email. GPU-cluster and custom-model data deletion is requested at privacy@together.ai.
