# How to cancel Todoist

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Todoist Settings** In Todoist for web or desktop, select your avatar and choose Settings.
2. **Open Subscription** Select Subscription, then choose Cancel plan.
3. **Confirm the cancellation** Choose a reason and select Cancel subscription. Pro stays active through the paid period, then returns to Beginner.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad

Pro refunds can start in subscription settings; Business customers cancel the team and contact Todoist. Apple and Google Play refunds use the respective store process.
