# How to cancel Sunbasket

Cancel Sunbasket in Account Settings > Manage My Subscription; it takes about two minutes. Cancellation stops future renewals, but a weekly order already finalized and charged cannot be cancelled or modified. Sunbasket does not promise a cancellation refund; report order problems within seven days under its satisfaction guarantee.

1. **Sign in to Sunbasket** Sign in at sunbasket.com and select your name or profile icon.
2. **Open Account Settings** Choose Account Settings, then select Manage My Subscription.
3. **Start the cancellation** Select Cancel My Subscription.
4. **Follow the prompts** Choose a cancellation reason and complete the remaining prompts. Sunbasket sends a confirmation email when the subscription is cancelled.

> **Warning:** A finalized charged order remains active after subscription cancellation.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** A weekly order that has already finalized and been charged cannot be cancelled or modified through the subscription cancellation. Sunbasket's satisfaction guarantee asks customers to report an order problem within seven days of delivery so support can assess it.
- **Pausing:** Sunbasket documents pausing deliveries for up to 12 weeks. Weekly deliveries can also be skipped before the cutoff shown in the account.
- **Downgrading:** Members can change meal preferences, serving quantities and weekly selections before the cutoff. There is no free plan, and each weekly order must meet the $65 minimum.
- **Account data:** Cancelling the subscription does not delete the Sunbasket account. A privacy deletion request is separate. Sunbasket says it keeps personal information only as long as needed for business, legal, regulatory and other legitimate purposes, subject to deletion exceptions.
