# How to cancel Sourcegraph

Cancel Sourcegraph Enterprise by sending written notice of non-renewal at least 45 days before the term ends, using support@sourcegraph.com unless your Order Form names another address. Notice takes a few minutes to send; the subscription runs to the paid term. Fees are non-refundable unless the Terms require a refund after a Sourcegraph material breach.

1. **Read the Order Form and Terms** Current public paid access is an Enterprise License on an Order Form. The Terms require 45 days' written notice of non-renewal unless the Order Form says otherwise.
2. **Send written notice of non-renewal** Email support@sourcegraph.com unless the Order Form names another notice address. Ask for written confirmation of the term end date.
3. **Keep access through the paid term** The subscription auto-renews for one year at then-current fees unless that notice is given. After termination you may no longer use the Services, and unpaid fees become due immediately.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Have an authorized organization contact send notice** If the Terms were accepted for an Organization, that Organization controls the Accounts. Use the billing contact on the Order Form.
2. **Do not look for Cody Pro billing** Cody Pro and Cody Free ended on 23 July 2025. Amp is a separate product at ampcode.com.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** The Terms say fees are earned on receipt and non-refundable unless negotiated otherwise, except as the Terms expressly require or as required by law. A Sourcegraph material breach that is not cured leads to a refund of prepaid unused fees.
- **Pausing:** No pause or hold option is documented in the Terms or on the pricing page.
- **Downgrading:** No self-serve downgrade is documented for Enterprise. After termination you may no longer use the Services. Cody Free is discontinued.
- **Account data:** After the Agreement ends, Sourcegraph will remove your User Content from the Services. Export anything you need first. Privacy requests can go to support@sourcegraph.com.
