# How to cancel Slack Pro

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Manage billing** From the desktop app, click Admin in the sidebar and select Manage billing. If Admin is hidden, open the workspace name menu first.
2. **Open Change plan details** From the Overview tab, choose Change plan details. Workspace Owners and members who originally upgraded the workspace can manage this change.
3. **Select Downgrade to Free** Choose Downgrade to Free and decide whether the change should take effect immediately or on the next renewal date.
4. **Confirm with Downgrade Slack** Review the downgrade details, continue to checkout and click Downgrade Slack. Free-plan limits apply once the change takes effect.

## Cancel a team plan
