## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Sign in to Shipt** Sign in at shipt.com/login or in the Shipt mobile app, then select Account.
2. **Open the membership profile** Select Shipt Membership Profile.
3. **Open the cancellation control** At the bottom of the profile, select How to cancel my membership.
4. **Confirm cancellation** Select Yes, cancel membership and check for the confirmation email. A membership purchased through Target must be cancelled through the Target app or Target Guest Services.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data
