# How to cancel Sanity

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open the project in Manage** Sign in at sanity.io/manage and select the project whose Growth subscription you want to cancel.
2. **Open the Plan tab** Select Plan in the project settings and choose the Free plan. Make sure the project can remain within the Free plan limits.
3. **Confirm the immediate change** Sanity says plan changes and cancellations take effect immediately. Verify that the project now shows Free and keep the billing confirmation.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Enterprise follows the signed agreement** Enterprise is a custom subscription. Its renewal and cancellation timing can be set by the signed order, so contact the account team within that notice window.
