## Cancel a team plan

1. **Review teammates and add-ons** Before canceling, review paid teammates, notify-only seats and other add-ons on the Subscription page.
2. **Cancel the account subscription** Use the account Subscription page or email info@pulsetic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Pulsetic refunds requests made within 20 days of the original purchase. It also refunds accidental or unwanted renewal charges when contacted within 20 days. Requests go to info@pulsetic.com, and paid access ends when a refund is issued.
- **Pausing:** No paid-subscription pause is documented.
- **Downgrading:** The Subscription page offers Upgrade and Downgrade controls. Pulsetic recalculates the subscription and charges only the difference from amounts already paid. A Free plan is also available; cancellation keeps paid access through the current period.
- **Account data:** Account deletion is separate from cancellation. From Delete account, type delete, select Delete, confirm OK and use the Delete my account email link. Pulsetic says this permanently removes the account, all data and teammate accounts, stops monitoring and cannot be undone.
