# How to cancel n8n Cloud

Cancel n8n Cloud from the Admin Dashboard at app.n8n.cloud/manage: open the Manage tab and click Cancel plan. It takes about a minute, the subscription does not renew at the next billing cycle, and access ends with it because there is no Free Cloud plan. Monthly plans end at the paid month's close, while annual self-serve payments are non-refundable.

1. **Open the Admin Dashboard** Sign in to n8n Cloud and open app.n8n.cloud/manage.
2. **Open Manage** Select the Manage tab for the Cloud subscription.
3. **Click Cancel plan** Follow the on-screen steps. The subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Monthly plans can be cancelled for the end of the paid month. Annual self-serve payments are non-refundable under the n8n Self-Serve Terms.
- **Pausing:** n8n Cloud has no Free plan to park a paid instance on. Export workflows before taking a break.
- **Downgrading:** There is no Free n8n Cloud plan after cancellation. Access ends with the subscription, so export workflows from the Admin Panel before expiry.
- **Account data:** The n8n cancellation help article states that account data and backups are kept for 90 days after the subscription ends before permanent deletion.
