# How to cancel MyFitnessPal

Cancel a website Premium purchase from Settings, then Subscription Settings, by turning Auto-Renewal Off. App Store and Google Play purchases must be cancelled there. It takes about two minutes, Premium features last until the paid period ends, and purchases are final and non-refundable except at MyFitnessPal's discretion.

## Cancel in a web browser

> Website purchases are cancelled by turning Auto-Renewal Off, not in the app stores.

1. **Log in on myfitnesspal.com** Use the same email and password as the app. Website purchases are managed only on the website.
2. **Open Subscription Settings** Click Settings, then click Subscription Settings.
3. **Turn Auto-Renewal Off** Set the Auto-Renewal toggle at the bottom from On to Off to opt out of Premium at the end of the current billing cycle.

> **Warning:** If you cancel less than 24 hours before renewal, the membership may still renew. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad

> App Store purchases must be cancelled in Apple Subscriptions. MyFitnessPal cannot access that billing.
