# How to cancel Microsoft Copilot

Cancel the Microsoft 365 Premium plan that includes Copilot from the Microsoft 365 subscription page on account.microsoft.com by selecting Cancel subscription. ## Cancel in a web browser

> Use this path for a subscription billed directly by the service.

1. **Open the Microsoft 365 subscription** Go to the Microsoft 365 subscription page and sign in with the Microsoft account used to buy the plan.
2. **Select Cancel subscription** Select Cancel subscription. The option can also say Upgrade or Cancel. If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead, the plan is already set to expire.
3. **Review and confirm** Read the Please review section and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad

> Use this path only when the receipt is from Apple.

1. **Open Apple subscriptions** Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
2. **Select Microsoft 365** Open the Microsoft 365 subscription that was purchased through Apple.
3. **Tap Cancel Subscription** Confirm the cancellation. If there is no Cancel button or an expiry message is shown, the subscription is already set to end.
