1. **Open the organization** Sign in to Make and select Org in the left sidebar for the organization you want to cancel.
2. **Open My Plan and Subscription** Only an Owner or Admin can cancel the organization subscription.
3. **Click Cancel subscription** Give a reason and review the features that will be lost.
4. **Choose the team to retain** If asked, select the one team that will remain under the Free plan.
5. **Confirm cancellation** Acknowledge the Free plan organization limits and click Cancel subscription.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data
