# How to cancel Lucidchart

Cancel Lucidchart in Account Settings under Plans & Billing: open the three-dot menu beside Lucidchart, select Cancel this plan, and follow the prompts. It takes about two minutes, and access continues until the billing cycle ends before the account becomes Free. Lucid applies a no-refund policy to cancellations.

## Cancel in a web browser

> Individual and Team plans can be cancelled in Plans & Billing. Each Lucid product subscription must be cancelled separately.

1. **Open Account Settings** Sign in, click the profile icon or initials, and select Account Settings.
2. **Open Plans & Billing** Select Plans & Billing in the left navigation. Only the account owner or a billing admin can see this area on Team and Enterprise accounts.
3. **Choose the Lucidchart plan** Under Your plans, open the three-dot menu next to Lucidchart. Each Lucid product subscription must be cancelled separately.
4. **Select Cancel this plan** Select Cancel this plan and follow the prompts. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

## Cancel a team plan
