# How to cancel Linktree

Cancel Linktree from Billing in Admin: select Cancel Plan, then Downgrade to Free. Apple ID or Google Play purchases must be cancelled in those stores. It takes about two minutes, paid features last until the billing cycle ends, then the account becomes Free, and payments are non-refundable except a possible 72-hour exception.

## Cancel in a web browser

> Direct Linktree billing is cancelled from Admin Billing with Downgrade to Free.

1. **Open account settings** In Linktree Admin, select your profile picture. On a mobile browser, tap More.
2. **Select Billing** Under Your subscription, you can change or cancel the plan.
3. **Hit Cancel Plan** On the next screen, choose a cancellation reason.
4. **Confirm Downgrade to Free** Tap Downgrade to Free. The plan updates at the end of the billing cycle. Billing also offers Resubscribe if you change your mind.

> **Warning:** Deleting the account permanently removes the profile, links and data. Cancel the plan if you only want to stop paid features.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad

> Plans purchased with an Apple ID must be cancelled in Apple Subscriptions.

1. **Open iPhone Settings** If you purchased the plan with your Apple ID, Linktree cannot cancel it. Open Settings and tap your name.
