# How to cancel lemlist

Cancel lemlist as an admin from Settings and Plans & billing. Select Manage for the current subscription, choose Cancel and confirm. If both lemlist and lemwarm are active, select both if you want both charges to stop. Paid features continue to the end of the billing cycle, then the account moves to freemium.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Settings** Sign in as an admin, select the profile in the bottom-left corner and open Settings.
2. **Open Plans and billing** Under Team settings, select Plans & billing, then select Manage in the Subscription section for the current lemlist plan.
3. **Cancel the plan** In the plan window, select Cancel on the current plan and confirm. If lemlist and lemwarm are both active, choose whether both should end.
4. **Check the end date** Confirm that Plans & billing shows the cancellation date and that the confirmation email arrives.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** lemlist applies no prorated credit or partial refund to ordinary plan downgrades. Its billing team reviews incorrect charges and issues a refund when applicable.
- **Pausing:** Cancellation does not pause running campaigns immediately. lemlist does not document a subscription-billing pause in the cancellation guide.
- **Downgrading:** The account moves to freemium after cancellation. To switch paid plan types with credit for unused days, contact support so Finance can handle the change.
- **Account data:** Campaigns, leads, templates, historical results and team structure remain accessible on freemium. Permanent account deletion is separate and requires support.
