# How to cancel LaunchDarkly

Cancel LaunchDarkly from Organization settings, Billing, then End subscription by clicking Cancel my subscription twice. It takes about a minute, and access continues through the current billing cycle before the account expires. Ordinary cancellation is non-refundable; excess usage during the remaining cycle is still billed.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Billing** In LaunchDarkly, select the gear icon, open Organization settings, and choose Billing. The account Owner or a member with the Billing Admin organization role can manage billing.
2. **Find End subscription** On the Billing page, find the End subscription section and click Cancel my subscription.
3. **Confirm cancellation** In the dialog, click Cancel my subscription again. The account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
