# How to cancel Klaviyo

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Billing** Sign in as an Owner or Admin and navigate to Billing.
2. **Click Cancel Plan** Select one plan or Cancel all plans, then click Continue.
3. **Choose a reason and timing** Select a reason and choose billing-cycle end or immediate cancellation.
4. **Confirm the account name** Enter the account name, click Cancel Plan and exit after confirmation.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Klaviyo does not refund the remaining cycle, including after immediate cancellation. Messaging credits are non-refundable and expire at cycle end.
- **Pausing:** No pause option is documented in Klaviyo's official cancellation and billing guides.
- **Downgrading:** Cancel paid plans, then reactivate on Free from Billing preferences. Contract and manually billed customers must contact Support.
