## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Kit has a 30-day refund policy. After canceling, a customer can request a full refund of funds paid in the prior 30 days, including an annual-plan payment. Kit does not refund or prorate payments made more than 30 days before the request.
