# How to cancel Kamatera

Cancel Kamatera in the console: under My Cloud, Servers, power off the server, choose Terminate Server, then open User Profile, Account Status, and click Disable My Account. 1. **Terminate every server** Log in to the console, open My Cloud, then Servers. Click Action, Power Off (the server must be off), then Action, Terminate Server, check the box, and click Terminate Server.
2. **Clear any debt** The account can be disabled only when there are no active servers and no debt.
3. **Open User Profile** Go to the User Profile page and scroll to Account Status.
4. **Click Disable My Account** Click Disable My Account, then confirm Disable account. The disabled account is no longer valid or active.
