# How to cancel Kajabi

Cancel Kajabi from Account Settings > Subscription > Change plan > Cancel subscription. It takes about two minutes and access ends at the close of the current billing or trial period. Kajabi does not publish a general platform-plan refund window on its pricing or cancellation pages.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Account Settings** From the Kajabi Dashboard, click your name in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
2. **Open Subscription** Select Subscription in the sidebar.
3. **Open Change plan** Under Overview, click Change plan.
4. **Cancel the subscription** Scroll to No longer happy with Kajabi?, click Cancel subscription, and complete the prompts.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Stop customer subscriptions separately** Cancelling Kajabi does not stop recurring customer payments in Kajabi Payments, Stripe or PayPal. Cancel or migrate those subscriptions separately before the site goes offline.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Kajabi's current pricing and account-cancellation pages do not publish a general refund window for the platform subscription. The cancellation page only confirms that future Kajabi subscription payments stop, so contact Kajabi support about any disputed recent charge.
- **Pausing:** Kajabi offers a Parked Plan for $29 per month. It preserves data and progress but takes the site and customer products offline. Parking cancels the current plan; remaining annual months are forfeited, and legacy plans or discounts can be lost.
