## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open the Infisical organization** Sign in to Infisical Cloud and select the organization whose subscription you manage.
2. **Go to Usage & Billing** Open the organization's Usage & Billing tab. You need organization admin access or the manage-billing permission.
3. **Manage the Cloud subscription** Use the subscription management controls shown there and complete the confirmation prompts to stop renewal. Infisical does not publish the final button labels or exact effective date.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Infisical does not publish a Cloud subscription refund rule on the official pricing, organization, privacy or permission pages reviewed. Check the checkout terms or ask Infisical before cancelling if a refund matters.
