1. **Send written non-renewal notice** Email legal@hatchet.run at least 30 days before the current Subscription Period ends. The cover page sets that period at 1 month or 1 year depending on the plan, with monthly auto-pay. The customer notice address is the main email on the account.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data
