Use the controls shown on Manage Plan and Billing. 4. **Do not treat Delete Stack as cancellation** Delete Stack permanently removes that stack and cannot be reversed. Only Admin can manage organization billing, manage the Grafana Cloud subscription and pay invoices. 2. **Contracted Cloud needs written non-renewal notice** The Master Services Agreement auto-renews each Subscription Term unless a party gives written notice (email is acceptable) at least 60 days before the term ends. Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and you pay for the whole term whether or not you use the product. 3. **Marketplace billing is cancelled at the cloud provider** If Grafana Cloud is bought through AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform, invoices and billing notifications are in that provider portal, not the Grafana Cloud portal. ## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data - **Refunds:** The Master Services Agreement states that all Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and the customer pays for the Grafana Product for the entire Subscription Term whether or not it is used. A warranty refund of remaining Fees exists only if Grafana Labs terminates a license after a documented product defect it cannot fix. - **Pausing:** No subscription pause or billing-hold option is documented on the Cloud Portal, Manage Plan, pricing or Master Services Agreement pages. - **Downgrading:** Manage Plan is the documented place to change the subscription. Grafana Cloud has an always-free plan. A 14-day unlimited usage trial is not billed and then the account automatically updates to Free. The exact self-serve control to move a paying Pro account to Free is not labeled in the public docs. - **Account data:** Free retains metrics, logs, traces, profiles and k6 tests for 14 days. Pro keeps metrics for 13 months and logs, traces, profiles and k6 tests for 30 days. Deleting a stack permanently removes that stack. Personal information is kept as long as needed for the collected purpose. You can request erasure through account settings or privacy@grafana.com.
