Cancel Ghost(Pro) as the publication owner from Ghost Admin > Ghost(Pro) > Billing. Export your content first, then click the red Cancel account link. It takes about 1 minute. The site remains online until the billing cycle ends, when the site and account are deleted. Ghost does not offer refunds.

## Cancel in a web browser

2. **Export first** Use the export tool or request a complete archive from support@ghost.org before cancelling.
3. **Click Cancel account** Select the red link in the lower-left corner and complete the confirmation.
