## Cancel in a web browser

> The documented in-app path is Settings > Account Management > Subscription > Adjust Plan, which sends a message to Fullstory.

1. **Check the Order Form renewal date** Each Order Form automatically renews for one-year periods unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the then-current term ends.
2. **Open Settings, Account Management, Subscription** Sign in to Fullstory and go to Settings > Account Management > Subscription. This is also where session quota and invoice details live.
3. **Select Adjust Plan and message the team** Select Adjust Plan and use the drop-down to send a message to Fullstory. The documented menu is for session, retention and upgrade requests. State in writing that you do not want the Order Form to renew.
4. **Keep the written confirmation** Save the reply that confirms non-renewal and the effective date. Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless the Order Form says otherwise.

> **Warning:** The public Adjust Plan menu does not print a Cancel button. Written non-renewal notice is still required at least 60 days before the term ends.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Follow the Order Form, not only the in-app menu** The public Adjust Plan menu does not list a Cancel label. The Customer Terms require written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before term end.
2. **Export data before the term ends** During the term, export through in-product tools. After the term, Fullstory keeps previously captured session replay available for up to 30 days, then deletes Customer Data no later than six months later unless law requires keeping it. Earlier deletion can be requested at support@fullstory.com.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** The Customer Terms say that unless otherwise stated in an Order Form, all Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. A pro-rata refund of prepaid unused Fees is described when the customer terminates for Fullstory's uncured material breach.
- **Pausing:** No subscription pause option is documented in the Customer Terms or the plan-update help article.
- **Downgrading:** Paid Analytics plans are Business, Advanced and Enterprise, all custom-priced. FullstoryFree is a separate no-cost plan. The public Adjust Plan menu documents upgrades and quota changes, not an automatic downgrade after paid cancellation.
- **Account data:** Paid plans set product-analytics and session-replay retention under Account Management > Subscription. After the term, previously captured session replay stays available for up to 30 days. Fullstory then deletes Customer Data no later than six months after termination. Earlier deletion can be requested in writing at support@fullstory.com.

## FAQ

**How do I stop Fullstory from renewing?**

Give written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the Order Form term ends. In the product, Settings > Account Management > Subscription > Adjust Plan sends a message to Fullstory.

**Does Adjust Plan include a Cancel button?**

The public article lists update, upgrade and discuss options. It does not print a Cancel label. Use that message path and the written notice rule in the Customer Terms.

**Are Fullstory fees refundable?**

Normally no. Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless the Order Form says otherwise, except the material-breach refund in the terms.

**Is there a free Fullstory plan?**

Yes. FullstoryFree includes 30,000 monthly sessions and 12 months of retention. The terms do not say a cancelled paid account automatically moves there.

**How long is data kept after the contract ends?**

Session replay stays available for up to 30 days after the term. Fullstory deletes Customer Data within six months. Ask support@fullstory.com for earlier deletion.

**Can I pause Fullstory?**

No pause option is documented.
