# How to cancel Freepik

Cancel Freepik, now Magnific, from Plan & billing: click your profile, open Plan & billing, then Cancel a subscription and Cancel subscription. It takes about 2 minutes, and the plan stays active until the paid period ends. Cancelling does not refund; unused-service refunds may be requested within 30 days.

## Cancel in a web browser

> freepik.com now opens magnific.com. Use the same Freepik login. Cancel from Plan & billing, not by deleting the app.

1. **Open Plan and billing** On magnific.com, click your profile picture and select Plan & billing.
2. **Open Cancel a subscription** Click Danger zone - Cancel a subscription, then Cancel subscription.
3. **Follow the confirmation steps** Complete the confirmation steps shown. Cancelling stops auto-renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

## Cancel on iPhone / iPad

> Use Apple Settings only if the App Store bills you.

1. **Open Settings and tap your name** If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, Magnific says cancellation is handled by Apple. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings and tap your name.
2. **Tap Subscriptions** This lists subscriptions billed through your Apple Account.
3. **Tap Magnific, then Cancel Subscription** Confirm the cancellation. Magnific Customer Service cannot cancel App Store subscriptions.

> **Warning:** Uninstalling the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

## Cancel on Android

> Use Google Play only if Play bills you.

1. **Open Google Play subscriptions** If you subscribed through Google Play, open the Play Store subscriptions list while signed in to the Google account that pays for Magnific.
2. **Select Magnific** Find the Magnific subscription in the list.
3. **Tap Cancel subscription** Follow the prompts. Magnific Customer Service cannot cancel Play Store subscriptions.

> **Warning:** Uninstalling the app does not cancel a Play Store subscription.

## Cancel a team plan

1. **Switch from Business through support** Switching from a Business plan to an individual plan requires cancelling the Business subscription and buying a new individual plan. Contact Customer Service to coordinate.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Magnific offers a 30-day refund if you have not used the service: no downloads from Magnific.com or Flaticon.com and no AI credits consumed. Request via magnific.com/ai/support from the account email. Annual plans follow the same 30-day rule with no partial unused-month refunds. In-app purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.
- **Pausing:** Magnific does not currently offer a pause option. Cancel renewal and resubscribe later. Extra credits are frozen and restored if you resubscribe within 3 years.
- **Downgrading:** Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately. After the paid period you lose Premium stock and paid AI access and revert to Free limits. Generated content remains downloadable. Commercial licences for files downloaded while subscribed remain valid.
- **Account data:** Cancelling does not delete the account or generated content. Plan credits expire at the end of the paid period. Extra credits freeze for up to 3 years. Deleting the account is a separate permanent action in account settings and requires cancelling an active subscription first.

**Is Freepik the same as Magnific?**

Yes. Freepik Company renamed the consumer product to Magnific. Existing Freepik logins, subscriptions and downloads continue on magnific.com.

**Can I get a refund?**
