# How to cancel FlutterFlow

Cancel FlutterFlow from the Account page: click your profile picture, select Cancel Plan on the plan you want to stop, complete the Cancellation Survey and select Cancel Subscription. It takes about 2 minutes and paid features remain until the next billing date. Cancellation does not qualify for a refund, though a first paid plan is not charged if cancelled during its 14-day trial.

1. **Open the Account page** Sign in to FlutterFlow and click your profile picture to open the Account page.
2. **Find the plan** Locate the personal or team plan you want to stop and select Cancel Plan.
3. **Complete the survey** Finish the Cancellation Survey and select Cancel Subscription.
4. **Repeat for other plans** A FlutterFlow account can hold a personal plan and multiple team plans. Cancel each active plan separately.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** FlutterFlow states that cancellation does not qualify for a refund. A first paid plan has a 14-day trial and is not charged if cancelled during that trial.
- **Pausing:** FlutterFlow does not offer a subscription pause.
- **Downgrading:** Paid features remain until the next billing date. On Free, only two projects stay active; additional projects are archived rather than deleted and become available again after a paid upgrade.
