# How to cancel Featurebase

Cancel Featurebase from Settings > Billing by selecting Cancel subscription in the bottom-right corner. Paid access continues until the current monthly or yearly period ends. Featurebase does not offer a billing pause, but a separate Downgrade to Free option is available.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Billing** Sign in to the Featurebase workspace and go to Settings > Billing.
2. **Cancel the subscription** Select Cancel subscription in the bottom-right corner. Access continues through the current billing period.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** Featurebase's terms allow a full refund requested within 30 days of the original payment. Contact support for a refund request.
- **Pausing:** Featurebase does not offer a subscription pause. Paid features become inactive after the term ends and can be restored by restarting the subscription.
- **Downgrading:** To keep a limited workspace, use Settings > Billing > Downgrade to Free plan instead of cancelling.
- **Account data:** Cancellation preserves workspace information but hides it after the paid term until resubscription. Featurebase's terms provide a 30-day export window after cancellation before staged removal from active systems.
