# How to cancel EveryPlate

Cancel EveryPlate from Settings by choosing Deactivate your Plan, then Cancel anyway and Deactivate now. It takes about 3 minutes; cancel before the five-day cutoff shown on My Menu or one more charged box will arrive. There is no cancellation fee and no prorated refund for the current weekly term.

## Cancel in a web browser

1. **Open Settings** Sign in, open Settings, and scroll to Deactivate your Plan.
2. **Continue the cancellation** Choose Cancel anyway and provide a reason.
3. **Deactivate the subscription** Select Deactivate now. Complete the cancellation before the exact five-day cutoff shown on My Menu to avoid another box.

## Refunds, pausing, downgrades and your data

- **Refunds:** EveryPlate charges no cancellation fee. The subscription remains usable through the current weekly term, but no prorated refund is available for that week. A box already past the five-day order cutoff remains charged and delivered.
- **Pausing:** An individual delivery week can be paused before the five-day order lock and is not charged. Automatic weekly deliveries resume afterward unless another week is paused.
- **Downgrading:** Meal quantity and meal preferences can be adjusted in account settings. The public plans show two-person and four-person configurations, while final recurring totals depend on the selected meals, servings, upgrades, add-ons and shipping.
- **Account data:** Subscription cancellation is separate from a privacy deletion request. Applicable customers can request deletion through everyplate.com/ccpa, by calling 1-844-285-9454, or by emailing privacy@everyplate.com. EveryPlate retains information for stated service and legal purposes, then may delete, anonymize or isolate it.
